International Specialty Products (ISP)

International Specialty Products (ISP) has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the algins business of Monsanto. As part of the deal, ISP will acquire substantially all the assets of Monsanto's Kelco Alginates division, including manufacturing facilities in San Diego, Calif., and Girvan, Scotland, as well as a research facility in Tadworth, England.
