Tecumseh Products of Tecumseh, Mich., and NovelAire Technologies of Baton Rouge, La., have created a joint venture for energy recovery and dehumidification businesses. NovelAire makes energy and desiccant dehumidification rotary heat exchange devices and other mass transfer components for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning industry. Tecumseh makes hermetic compressors for air conditioning and refrigeration products, gasoline engines and power train products for lawn and garden applications, and pumps.
