Eaton forms cylinder head alliance with Teksid

Eaton Corp. and the Teksid Group of Turin, Italy, are forming a global strategic alliance between the two companies for the design, manufacture, and sale of automotive cylinder head systems. Teksid produces iron and aluminum castings for cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, camshafts, manifolds, differential housings, and transmission housings. Eaton's Engine Component Operations, based in Ohio, designs and manufactures engine valvetrain products and superchargers. It is also involved in the production of cylinder head assemblies.
