Dr. Richard Palmer, Lumpkin Distinguished Professor of Business and co-author of the Purchasing Card Benchmark Survey, is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the National Association of Procurement Card Professionals annual conference April 2-5 in Orlando.

The conference features an end- user panel discussion that builds on Dr. Palmer's talk, providing examples of best practices. It's expected to cover ways to overcome barriers to growth.
