EU Wants Green Energy

The European Union has agreed on new measures to fight global warming, pledging that a fifth of the bloc's energy will come from such green power sources as wind turbines and solar panels by 2020 and that 10% of European cars will run on biofuels. The accord aims at reducing greenhouse gas emissions but currently there is no enforcement mechanism in place.
