Open Skies Pact, at Last

After more than four years of turbulent negotiations, the U.S. and EU have signed an historic pact on "open skies" to deregulate air traffic on both sides of the Atlantic, a market that represents about 60% of international travel. Next up for the U.S. is a similar deal in the works with China.
