Air Taxis Take Off

Watch for new air taxi services to debut this summer for business travelers going a few hundred miles, letting them avoid daylong drives. Analysts think the small and relatively cheap planes make it possible for air-taxi costs that will likely prove competitive. For example, DayJet will offer single seats on flights among five Florida cities using small jets from Eclipse Aviation.
