Toyota Material Handling U.S.A.'s new Toyota Fleet Solution, a lift truck management program, provides an enterprise view of lift truck procurement, use and service. The Toyota Fleet Solution centers around five major components—fleet analysis, consolidated billing, fleet metrics system, a 24/7 toll-free call center and Toyota TotalFleet, a customizable program that includes finance, maintenance and rental support offerings.
Infor has introduced Infor EAM Enterprise Edition, a new version of the company's asset management software that helps customers maintain, manage and improve performance of such assets as manufacturing equipment, fleets and facilities. The new version consists of built-in functionality specifically for fleet management, manufacturing, facilities and life sciences industries. With the announcement, Infor Datastream 7i is now known as Infor EAM Enterprise Edition.
Unisource Worldwide, a distributor of paper, packaging and facilities supplies in North America, plans to increase its presence in North Carolina and Virginia, primarily focusing on Charlotte, Richmond, Norfolk and the Research Triangle area which includes Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. "Considering current market conditions in the region, this is the right time to expand our services and offerings to potential customers," says John Glaze, area vice president of sales/paper, in the Southeast. "We will cover anticipated demand by adding several experienced sales professionals to our team."
