Haydon to leave Nortel for new role as COO and president at BreconRidge

BreconRidge Manufacturing Solutions Corporation, an electronics manufacturing services provider, has announced that John Haydon will join BreconRidge as president and COO, effective September 10.

Haydon is currently the chief procurement officer at at Nortel Networks, where he has worked for the past 25 years. Prior to that post, he held other senior management roles in the areas of manufacturing field operations, customer service, sales and marketing, supply management and global supply chain management. Haydon has worked and lived in the U.S., Canada, France, United Kingdom and China. He will relocate back to Ottawa from Hong Kong.

BreconRidge is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, and has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the U.S. and China. It provides design and manufacturing services to OEMs in the communications, defense, aero-space, industrial and consumer market sectors.
