Worthington Steel and Italian sheet steel distributor Magnetto Group are creating a joint venture to operate a steel processing facility in Kosice, Slovakia, expected to begin operations this autumn. The plan is to provide such Class 1 steel processing services as slitting, blanking and cutting-to-length for customers throughout central Europe.
