Santa Clara, Calif.-based software company Ketera released Supplier Connect, a new on-demand tool to help buyers manage supplier network and enablement data under one “roof” and drive spend optimization tool adoption. Supplier Connect, which Ketera says works with third-party procurement applications as well as its own, can help buyers “accelerate the speed at which end users adapt to new initiatives or sources of supply and expend spend under management,” according to a Ketera press release.
According to a company statement, buyers that use Supplier Connect should expect to see greater spend visibility and have greater control over spend management applications within their corporation.
“Efficiently expanding management of all non-payroll spend is a critical procurement challenge facing enterprise companies today, and it is driving higher expectations of procurement to adapt and change,” says Ketera CEO Burton Goldfield. “As a result, the market for supply base management solutions is rapidly accelerating as companies look for better ways to quicken user adoption, increase supplier participation and provide a systematic and scalable approach to improve business results quarter over quarter.”
