How to cut energy costs

By Paul E. Teague -- Purchasing, 11/2/2007 1:27:00 PM

Many energy costs have virtually doubled over the last two years, and it seems there is no end in sight to rising energy prices. There are ways to control those costs, though. Our cover story in November outlines some of the best strategies buyers are using in several industries. For additional information, see the interview with an energy consultant, below, and the glossary of important energy terms.

Click here for a glossary of some common terms used in the energy market. The glossary was compiled by Lindsay Audin, an energy consultant based in the New York City area. See his website, www.energybuyer.org, for an explanation of more terms.
