Builders' Confidence Low

The National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo index of homebuilder confidence stayed at 19 for a second month, its lowest reading since records began in 1985. While it remains at an all-time low, the median forecast of economists surveyed by Bloomberg News called for a drop, so holding steady at its current level is a sign the bottom may have been reached.
