Air Travel To Improve
By Staff -- Purchasing, 12/13/2007
Business air travel is about to see some improvements. With U.S. carriers making a profit for the second year in a row, the airlines are planning to hire more ticket and gate agents, baggage handlers and other staff to beef up service. Business (and first class) passengers will enjoy wider seats and more legroom, plus tastier snacks and meals. Some carriers also plan to offer high-speed Internet service next year.
