Nanya ups DRAM output

Taiwan's no. 2 DRAM memory chipmaker Nanya expects DRAM bit output to rise 15–20% in the first quarter from the fourth quarter. Nanya officials said average selling prices for DRAM in Q1 are a bit better and will improve slightly in Q2 and then start to pick up in Q3.
