Con-way CEO: Freight Demand "Scraping Bottom"

Douglas Stotlar, CEO of less-than-truckload carrier Con-way, said in February that freight demand is "scraping bottom" and he's "not expecting (demand) to get better, but we're not seeing it get worse, either." Speaking at the BB&T Transportation Services Conference, Stotlar said freight demand will remain low for most of 2008.
