Sanmina-SCI Sells PC Business

Electronics Manufacturing services provider Sanmina-SCI says it will sell some of its personal computing business assets to Foxteq Holdings for between $80–90 million. The company says it will sell the assets and associated logistics services located in Hungary, Mexico and the U.S. Sanmina also signed a deal with Lenovo to transition its Monterrey, Mexico PC operation and to sell certain assets to Lenovo.
