WHAT IT MEANS: That's a slight uptick from the 51.2 in April but still down from January levels of 59.3. Buyers are cautiously increasing their sourcing plans for commodities, but likely have a close eye on costs.

WHAT IT MEANS: That's lower than any other product area, but not nearly as low as March, when only 16% of buyers expected PC prices to go up. With experts forecasting price hikes for components, now might be the time to contract with PC makers.
