Congrats to the Supply Managers of Tomorrow
Congrats to the Supply Managers of Tomorrow
April 30, 2007
Last week I attended the Department of Management Spring Awards Luncheon at the College of Business Administration at the University of North-Texas. ISM-Dallas presented four scholarships.Recipients were Kathleen Dougherty, Zhen Li, Caleb Napodano, and Al-Lecia Williams. The room was filled with students receiving scholarships for outstanding work. These achievements do not make it to most newspapers.
Dr. Richard White, who is on our ISM-Dallas board, won an award for outstanding educator 2004-2006.Then Fred LaVail, our Employment Director for ISM-Dallas, was honored as the 2007 Distinguished Alumnus for the School of Business, Department of Management.
There are some exceptional students in our universities that will be our leaders of tomorrow. They need to be recognized.Posted by Mary Walker on April 30, 2007 | Comments (0)
